Shipping policy
Can I change my order once it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once your item has been marked as shipped it has already left our workshop. If your item has not been marked as shipped please contact us asap at wallshoneyco@gmail.com and if your item has not left our workshop we will do everything we can to amend your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
When will my items be shipped?
Your items will be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of your order, often sooner! If there are any delays to your order we will contact you via email to advise you of the ETA. If your order is needed urgently please advise us in the notes section or on wallshoneyco@gmail.com and we will endeavour to expedite it.
Who ships my order?
Your order is shipped via Australia Post parcel postage service, unless otherwise stated.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be given a tracking number that you can use to track your order through the Australia Post website.
