Returns Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is so important to us!! 

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery we offer 100% refund upon returning of the item at the shipping cost to the customer. Please contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue for you ASAP. 

 

Our policy is in accordance with your statutory consumer rights in Australia. 

 

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind purchases. This is because of the nature of our products as consumables and being unable to be resold once they have left our workshop. 

 

TIMING: we have a 14-day Return Policy from the day the item was received, on goods that are faulty or not as described as per Australian statutory regulations. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

FOR RETURNS: Please email wallshoneyco@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return (faulty, damaged, not as described etc). It is strongly recommended that customers get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. You will be provided with the returns address and any further instructions in our email reply. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: That customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

  

INSPECTION: When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
